The Urban Bird Project held its Fall 2025 Student Symposium at Galeria EVA. Here students got to present research projects they’d been working on and share ideas on varying topics related to Birds.

Student presentations included: The Blackchinned Hummingbird Window Collision Project, Ruby Crowned Kinglet Window Collision Project, Borderland Kingfisher Field Guide, The Painted Bunting Storymap, The Feathered Sage, Crested Caracara Field Guide, and Guided Audio Tour of the Leon Creek Greenway.

We closed the event gathered around the table and shared a home-cooked meal prepared by Maestra Vero and her kitchen staff and helpers at Galeria EVA.
Special thanks to Galeria EVA for hosting this event and to Jenna Creel.
